We appreciate their generous support of our cheese tasting
at the 2011 Sonoma-Marin Fair Farm to Table Exhibit.
We had to work quickly to keep up with the sampling
demand for this delecious blue cheese.
The cheese is made and formed, then cured for about 3 weeks before aging for a period of 5 to 6 months.
