Estero Gold Cheese is an Italian farmstead style cheese, good as a snack or melted into pasta or polenta.
Highway One Cheese is a version of old style Fontina; aged for at least 80 days and was a bronze medalist at California State Fair.
It was a hit with the cheese tasters!
